Creative Strategist – Advisors Creative Desk

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team is looking for a Creative Strategist to join the Advisors Creative Desk. In this role you will shape creative strategies for global clients, blending data‑driven insights with innovative brand thinking to deliver compelling, on‑brand content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate creative strategies that align with client brand objectives and data‑informed insights.
• Brief and collaborate with Creative Directors and development teams to ensure seamless execution of creative concepts.
• Co‑lead ideation workshops for major client projects and support smaller‑scale sessions as needed.
• Manage multiple briefs simultaneously while coordinating with Project Managers on business priorities.
• Partner with the Advisors Research Centre and local Client Services to gather market intelligence and client nuances.
• Stay up‑to‑date with consumer behaviour, creative, and media trends to inform strategy.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience as a Creative Strategist or Strategic Planner in a full‑service creative agency.
• Proven senior‑level client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong presentation abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
