About the role
Hyprwork is scaling direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness brands and needs a Creative Strategist to lead the performance‑marketing creative engine. You will shape the strategic direction for ads across Meta, Native platforms, Google, YouTube and TikTok, ensuring every asset drives direct‑response results.
Key responsibilities
- Define the creative strategy, angles and hooks for product funnels across all paid channels.
- Diagnose creative fatigue, monitor competitive shifts and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Design and manage systematic testing frameworks that move ideas from hypothesis to winning assets.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative decisions for media buyers, copywriters and video editors.
- Tailor creative approaches to channel‑specific requirements (short‑form video for Meta/TikTok, long‑form advertorials for Native, proof‑based storytelling for YouTube).
- Provide clear briefs, feedback and strategic guidance to the creative operations team.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in high‑volume, direct‑response advertising environments.
- Strong understanding of the nuances of Meta, TikTok, Native (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent) and Google/Youtube ad ecosystems.
- Ability to set strategic direction without direct people‑management responsibilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on revenue outcomes.
