CRO Strategist

About the role

TVRBO is looking for a CRO Strategist to own conversion optimization efforts across its digital properties. You will analyze traffic data, generate hypotheses, design and launch A/B and multivariate tests, and work closely with design, development and marketing teams to deliver measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine optimization strategies based on data insights and qualitative research.
• Prioritize CRO initiatives to align with business goals and create test roadmaps.
• Design, implement and monitor A/B and multivariate tests, writing clear specifications and hypotheses.
• Analyze website traffic, heatmaps, session recordings and AI‑assisted insights to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create wireframes or mockups in Figma and provide design and copy briefs for test variations.
• Collaborate with design, development and marketing teams to scope, deploy and QA tests.
• Produce detailed test reports and stakeholder presentations, leveraging AI tools for faster reporting.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure project satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with CRO trends, tools and AI‑driven experimentation techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on CRO experience, with 3 + years preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proactive learner who keeps current with industry best practices and emerging AI tools.
