Customer Acquisition Lead – Travel (Hybrid, Bogotá)

About the role
Clara is seeking a Customer Acquisition Lead for its Travel vertical in Bogotá. You will own the end‑to‑end outbound sales process, from prospecting to closing, driving new corporate customers for our B2B payments platform.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enrich a large prospect database in the CRM, ensuring data quality and segmentation (Mid‑Market or Enterprise).
- Research target accounts, prioritize outreach, and apply account‑based strategies to generate qualified meetings.
- Build and update monthly forecasts and pipeline metrics, meeting KPIs such as DSLA, meetings per week, and activity counts.
- Qualify deals using the BANT methodology and coordinate internally with Legal, Finance, Control Desk and Product teams to close sales.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets for transaction volume (TPV), credit line amount and new customer acquisition.
Required profile
- Four‑year degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
- Proven track record of building pipelines from scratch and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Required skills
- CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Prospecting tools: Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft, Scrabin, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with BANT qualification and KPI‑driven sales management.
