Customer Manager – Oracle Services

About the role

The Customer Manager will act as the trusted advisor for Oracle’s enterprise customers, ensuring the delivery of high‑value services and aligning technology outcomes with business goals. This position oversees governance, technical service delivery, and the overall customer experience across Oracle’s Managed Services, Cloud, and security portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with large or medium‑size Oracle accounts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and customers to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery of Oracle services, serving as the primary point of contact and aligning services with customer objectives.
• Manage contract margins, revenue targets, and efficient use of delivery resources.
• Identify new delivery opportunities, support contract renewals, and lead service account planning and reviews.
• Handle major incidents, communicate status, and manage expectations until resolution.
• Perform scope and risk management, and may act as project lead when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level technology relationships.
• Strong understanding of governance, service delivery, and risk management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, delivery, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
