About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. The role focuses on problem‑solving, empathy, and turning frustrated customers into satisfied ones.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide clear, step‑by‑step solutions.
Maintain empathy and patience while de‑escalating challenging situations.
Document interactions and feedback in the CRM to help improve processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service, support, or client‑facing role.
Exceptional written and spoken English (native or bilingual proficiency).
Availability to work the required schedule (e.g., US Eastern Time).

Required skills

Experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
