About the role
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a premium sportswear and yoga accessories brand. You will support customers with their orders and provide solutions through written channels, while remaining flexible to handle phone interactions when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with order inquiries and issue resolution via written communication.
- Handle phone interactions as required to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
- Customer‑focused mindset and empathy
- Clear, professional, and effective communication
- High productivity and attention to detail
- Flexibility to interact with customers through different channels
What we offer
- Salary: $2,848,000 plus $100,000 bonus and 15% performance bonus
- Indefinite‑term contract
- 42 hours/week fixed schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with two days off
- 12 weeks training plus one week transitional nesting
- On‑site location at Connecta Bogotá, Cll 26 92‑32
- Start date: October 2026
