About the role
TaskUs is looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its Medellín team. You will handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, ensuring accurate and timely support while upholding the company’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Follow client quality guidelines to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability (48 hours per week with two days off).
- Advanced written Portuguese.
- Assertive communication skills in Portuguese.
Required skills
- Multichannel communication (voice, email, social media).
