Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience across all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally in both English and Spanish.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product or service information.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the company database.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a smooth hand‑off for the customer.
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy toward customer needs.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and navigate between different software applications while speaking with customers.
• Previous experience in a remote call‑center setting.
