About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide multichannel customer service and technical support for Windows and Microsoft Office inquiries.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot common issues, and guide users through technical processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in internal systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, typing, and performance targets.

Required profile

• B2 level in English and Portuguese.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and customer‑orientation.
• Affinity for technology and experience with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, dynamic, results‑driven attitude.
