Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with a portfolio of Audit Manager clients in the healthcare compliance space. You will ensure clients derive maximum value from our auditing solution, drive product adoption, and maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Audit Manager accounts, focusing on retention, product adoption, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct proactive, repeatable engagement activities to help clients understand and consistently use the platform.
• Leverage your background in healthcare claims, auditing, or billing to guide clients through the product and address their compliance needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expansion before renewal discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues before they impact client relationships.

Required profile

• Experience working with healthcare claims, coding audits, or billing compliance.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements and auditing processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
