Customer Success Manager (Remote, Colombia preferred)

About the role

Weekly Commit is a premium career‑coaching service for senior software engineers and engineering leaders. We are looking for our first dedicated Customer Success Manager to become the operational backbone of the client experience, ensuring momentum between coaching sessions and driving results for our high‑achieving clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly or bi‑weekly structured check‑in calls with active clients, focusing on accountability and results.
• Track each client’s progress – applications submitted, interviews booked, offers received – and keep HubSpot updated with call notes, status, tasks and next touchpoints.
• Respond to client inquiries on Slack within the agreed response time and act as the first point of contact during business hours.
• Identify and surface at‑risk or disengaging clients proactively, delivering a weekly health summary to the Head of Coaching.
• Manage client onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Required profile

• 3 + years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, recruiting or professional services.
• Proven ability to run structured video calls and hold clients accountable without being overly harsh.
• Strong written English for clear Slack messages and call notes.
• Self‑directed and proactive, able to flag issues before they become problems.
• Comfortable working remotely with an overlap to Eastern Time zones; Colombia residency preferred.

Required skills

• HubSpot (operational use for CRM, task management and reporting).
