Customer Support Specialist – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Learning Consultant to join our team in Bogotá, helping Latin American learners succeed on the goFLUENT platform. You will be the main point of contact, guiding users through their language journey and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on goFLUENT products and services and explain them to new learners.
• Provide the best possible learner journey by understanding expectations and delivering solutions.
• Respond to learner requests via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Maintain smooth communication with internal teams and call students to encourage resource usage.
• Proactively improve internal procedures, response quality and learner feedback.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good English proficiency (minimum B1).
• At least one year of experience in customer support.
• Empathetic, organized, adaptable, sincere and able to work autonomously.
• Based in Bogotá and holds a bachelor’s degree in any field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Open Office.
