Cyber Security Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote professionals, is hiring a Cyber Security Analyst. The analyst monitors, detects and responds to security threats while strengthening the organisation's security posture through proactive risk management and control implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security events using SIEM and other security tools.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Implement and maintain security controls and policies.
• Perform risk assessments and security audits.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools, EDR solutions and security monitoring.
• Experience with vulnerability management and incident response.
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls and security architecture.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or CIS.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
