Data & Analytics Analyst

About the role

The Data & Analytics Analyst will ensure trustworthy data access and reporting across Inspire Brands' extensive portfolio. Working within the Data Governance function, you will help make data and reports reliable, well‑documented, and available to the right users.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Data Governance team in cataloguing data assets and defining business rules.
• Maintain report and data subscriptions and manage role‑based access matrices.
• Assess and recommend row‑level access through the Ops Dashboard.
• Coordinate with the Business Intelligence team to certify trusted data sources and monitor data quality.
• Ensure that franchisees, support‑center staff, and restaurant teams see the appropriate reports on the franchisee‑facing platform.

Required profile

• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with data management and data governance processes.
• Familiarity with Alation for data cataloguing.
• Conversational English communication skills.
