Data Center Infrastructure Engineer – Project Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design and technical execution of next‑generation data center campuses. The role focuses on building large‑scale, high‑density infrastructure that supports AI and GPU‑intensive workloads, working remotely with global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of 50 MW–100 MW data center campuses.
• Establish and refine design standards for electrical, mechanical, and site infrastructure.
• Develop modular, repeatable frameworks to accelerate deployment.
• Architect utility‑scale grid‑centric power distribution, including medium and high‑voltage systems, reduced conversion architectures, and scalable redundancy (N+1, 2N).
• Design high‑density environments supporting 75 kW–150 kW per rack, with pathways to 300 kW+ per rack.
• Integrate direct‑to‑chip liquid cooling, CDU‑based architectures, and advanced thermal management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as liquid and immersion cooling, advanced electrical topologies, and grid‑interactive strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams, external MEP consultants, utilities, OEMs, and technology partners.
• Oversee project execution from concept through commissioning, ensuring budget, timeline, and performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in mission‑critical or data‑center infrastructure projects.
• Proven delivery of data‑center projects of 10 MW+, preferably 50 MW+.
• Deep expertise in power distribution, redundancy design, and cooling systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) – written and spoken.
