Data Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join INDI’s Analyst team on a fully remote basis. You will work within multicultural, globally distributed squads to design, build, and deliver data solutions that empower stakeholders and enhance end‑user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and query relevant data sources.
• Cleanse, transform, and shape data, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Deploy and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards, generating analyst‑driven outputs.
• Maintain and optimise SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience with Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling.
• Analytical mindset, hands‑on approach, and proven ability to deliver on commitments.
• Excellent organisational skills and thorough documentation habits.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
