Data Migration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Data Migration Specialist to join a fast‑growing recruitment platform that leverages generative AI to automate hiring workflows. You will own end‑to‑end data migration projects, turning complex source data into clean, usable information for our AI‑driven CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and optimise complex data migrations across multiple source systems.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using DBT, AWS services and Redshift.
• Transform and model recruitment‑related data (people, projects, companies) to support product features.
• Create clear documentation and repeatable processes for data handling.
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering team to ensure data quality and reliability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with data migrations or strong ability to work autonomously on migration tasks.
• High problem‑solving aptitude; cognitive assessments will be used.
• Preference for focused work with minimal meetings.
• Comfortable navigating undocumented systems and learning on the fly.
• Motivation to work harder than average in exchange for significant equity.
