Data Scientist – AI‑first analytics for subscription media

About the role

Antenna is seeking a Data Scientist who loves turning ambitious modeling ideas into production‑ready data products. You will work on AI‑driven solutions that connect subscription activity with real consumer viewership, shaping decisions for leading media and entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and ship models for generative mixed‑data sources, subscriber‑behavior prediction, and LLM‑powered pipelines.
• Take ideas from experiment to market‑scale production for Antenna’s flagship products: Subscriber Views and Subscriber Metrics.
• Explore large, messy datasets to uncover trends that become shipped features.
• Contribute to Antenna’s core Python data‑science library, improving performance and scalability.
• Lead R&D projects, evaluate new datasets and methods, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong Python expertise.
• Experience working with frontier AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI.
• Ability to build and evaluate LLM pipelines and generative models.
• Comfort with remote work and availability during US business hours.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with data scientists and engineers.
