DC Business Expert - 3PL

About the role

The DC Business Expert – 3PL will support third‑party logistics (3PL) operations and system integration for H&M’s distribution centres. You will ensure compliance, drive efficiency and continuous improvement while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Educate 3PL partners on H&M WMS functionality and key processes.
• Oversee and support integrations between WMS, WCS and PLC systems, providing daily operational support.
• Distribute and translate release notes, monitor execution and ensure system continuity.
• Manage incidents, participate in bridge calls and ensure high‑quality IT procedures are followed.
• Support the DC Manager in implementing operational, system and service requirements.
• Coordinate change requests with Regional Sales, Warehouse Operations and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and process optimisation in the DC.
• Conduct business process audits to ensure compliance with group standards.
