Design and Administrative Coordinator

About the role

Venaro is seeking a versatile Design & Administrative Coordinator to support its fast‑paced, multi‑industry environment. The role blends print design production, client communication, digital marketing and administrative support while working remotely from Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of final art files, checking bleeds, proportions and colour modes before printing.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone and WhatsApp to clarify print specifications and send digital proofs for approval.
• Set up personalized and variable print runs using Adobe InDesign and track production status through digital platforms.
• Prepare quotes and invoices, coordinate with external vendors for special finishing, and manage delivery timelines.
• Qualify and follow up on leads for office or shared workspaces, coordinate tours and manage event attendee lists.
• Write copy and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok; analyse performance metrics from social media, email marketing and ticketing platforms.
• Support website and e‑commerce design and maintenance on WordPress and assist occasional travel to the United States.

Required profile

• Minimum university degree (professional career) with at least 3 years of experience in printing/graphic arts.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for daily client communication.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
