Design Lead – Digital Advertising

About the role

As a Design Lead you will head the creation of innovative digital ads and assets for one of the world’s largest packaged‑goods brands. You will balance speed, style and scale to deliver high‑quality visual content across multiple platforms, working within an AI‑forward, fast‑moving team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of style proposals, concept mockups and prototypes for products, features and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, production and other cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Execute and enhance art direction while introducing innovative ideas and best practices.
• Translate complex creative briefs into clear, actionable design briefs.
• Ensure pixel‑perfect execution and maintain high quality throughout the design process.
• Design interactive assets for social media and digital channels and set up technical files for POS print media.
• Stay informed about cultural trends and incorporate insights to keep designs relevant.
• Elevate storytelling through visual design and motion graphics.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a designer, preferably in a digital or advertising environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and advertising materials.
• Proven experience managing the full design process from concept to final execution.
• Deep understanding of typography, grid systems, interaction design and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience creating print‑ready files for POS in InDesign/Illustrator.
