DevOps Engineer – Cloud Integration

About the role

CSG is looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to drive cross‑product integration across our portfolio. You will enable single sign‑on, user experience enhancements, and AI‑driven functionality across web portals, APIs, and automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions for SSO, UX, APIs, and automated workflows.
• Build, test, deploy, and operate end‑to‑end services on the platform.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Work with containerised applications and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Create automation and features in Python and C#.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Manage work‑order processes for onboarding internal and external identity providers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and integration.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python and C#.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of APIs, web portals, and distributed systems.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management in production.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
