DevOps Engineer – Multi Cloud Automation

About the role

EPAM is looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain a Multi‑Cloud Operating Model (MCOM). You will act as the technical bridge between development and operations, driving automation, standardised blueprints and secure delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable infrastructure blueprints for multi‑cloud environments.
• Provision and manage AWS, GCP (and optionally Azure) resources using Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins for rapid, secure code delivery.
• Diagnose complex environment issues using logs, traces and the ELK stack.
• Integrate security scanning tools (Veracode, CAST, Qualys) into the delivery lifecycle.
• Produce high‑quality documentation, architectural diagrams and runbooks.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and prompt engineering to accelerate IaC development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency with AWS and GCP; Azure experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain infrastructure concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
