DevOps Engineer – Payments Platform

About the role

Change Financial is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the team that builds and automates the infrastructure for its global payments platform. This is a chance to shape the foundation of a world‑class, scalable system serving over 156 customers in 41 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Integrate third‑party services and maintain the platform’s software stack.
• Configure, deploy, and upgrade in‑house applications across AWS environments.
• Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and other operational processes.
• Define and document operational processes and procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident management.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in technical architecture, development, system administration, or operations.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and diagrams.
• Security‑focused mindset with awareness of standards such as PCI‑DSS and ISO 27001.
