Dietary Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Dietary Assistant to join our team in Bogota. The role supports hospital food services, ensuring patients receive appropriate meals while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and delivering hospital‑specific diets according to medical guidelines.
• Coordinate with nutritionists, chefs, and clinical staff to verify dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas.
• Provide courteous service to patients, visitors, and internal clients.
• Support inventory management and documentation of meal distribution.

Required profile

• Knowledge of hospital dietary standards and nutrition basics.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to thrive in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
