Digital Asset Designer

About the role

Monks is looking for a talented Digital Asset Designer to join a global team that creates high‑impact visual assets for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, turning creative concepts into polished, production‑ready graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Design static visuals for a variety of digital channels, ensuring consistency across formats and dimensions.
• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to deliver world‑class assets on tight timelines.
• Build and maintain production‑ready templates and mechanical files.
• Organise files, layers, and folders for efficient workflow and version control.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve speed and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital design or production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on small tasks while handling larger projects with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable adapting to rapid changes and repetitive tasks while staying focused.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with a globally distributed team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Figma experience (a plus).
