Digital Connections Executive

About the role

As a Digital Connections Executive (DCE) you will be an integral part of our digital media team, focusing on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through targeted paid digital media campaigns. You will leverage channels such as display ads, social media advertising, SEM, PPC and other paid platforms to reach audiences efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Support Campaign Managers in the successful execution of digital campaigns according to approved plans and strategies.
• Coordinate with agency and partner teams to develop engaging ad content that aligns with marketing goals and technical guidelines.
• Conduct pre‑campaign implementation checklists to ensure account access, analytics setup, and measurement plans are in place.
• Implement hands‑on campaign setup across multiple paid channels, following best practices to achieve KPI targets.
• Oversee advertising budget allocation, adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize in real time, and communicate results to executives and managers.
• Manage content promotion across social media platforms and place media buy orders with external sales representatives.
• Generate detailed performance reports, analyze data, and provide insights for future campaign optimization.
• Reconcile billing and support client invoicing processes.

Required profile

• Passionate about digital and social media with a habit of staying up to date on industry trends.
• Self‑starter, curious, tech‑savvy and comfortable with a fast‑moving digital advertising environment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and experience pulling advertising data for reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MAC operating systems.
• Advanced use of Office suites, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Workspace and other cloud‑based services.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets such as Excel and Google Sheets.
