Digital Delivery Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the hands‑on execution of digital marketing assets and campaigns across web, intranet, marketing automation platforms, and other tools as required. You will work within a shared‑services team, ensuring every deliverable meets brand, accessibility, and privacy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update, and publish digital content using enterprise MarTech platforms such as Sitecore, Oracle‑Eloqua, Unily, and others.
• Receive and process digital requests via intake systems, managing status and timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to publishing, campaign execution, or platform functionality.
• Conduct thorough QA reviews of digital assets before publishing, checking for errors, broken links, and compliance.
• Collaborate with MarCom teams, Product Owners, and other contributors to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Provide feedback on processes, templates, and tools to support ongoing optimization.
• Participate in training and enablement sessions to stay current with best practices and platform updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing production, web publishing, or marketing automation.
• Proficiency with enterprise MarTech platforms (web CMS, marketing automation, analytics).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand, accessibility, and privacy standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Effective communicator and team player with ability to follow structured processes.
• Strong English language skills; certifications in relevant platforms or agile methodologies are a plus.
