Digital Experience Performance Specialist – SEO & GEO

About the role

The Digital Experience Performance Specialist (SEO & GEO) will manage and optimize restaurant location data across major publisher platforms. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance while driving local discoverability and engagement for Inspire’s brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the management and optimization of restaurant location listings on Google, Apple, Bing, and other directories.
• Serve as the subject‑matter resource for location data management and local listings best practices.
• Monitor, audit, and resolve data quality issues that affect local search visibility.
• Maintain data integrity within Yext and Inspire’s multi‑brand digital ecosystem.
• Partner with Product Management, Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Analytics, SaaS partners, and the Organic Search team.
• Analyze listings health, publisher performance, and data trends to recommend optimization actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and governance for listings management.
• Support enhancements such as publisher expansion, data enrichment, review management, and emerging local search opportunities.
• Develop reporting on data accuracy, listings health, customer engagement, and optimization performance.
• Document processes, business rules, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, local search, or data management.
• Experience managing local listings platforms such as Yext or Uberall.
• Working knowledge of major publisher platforms (Google, Apple, Bing).
