Digital Growth Manager (CRO)

About the role

We are a U.S.-based digital agency seeking a Digital Growth Manager specialized in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You will own CRO initiatives across 5–10 client websites, collaborating closely with our paid media team to drive high‑converting experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRO strategies for multiple client sites simultaneously.
• Analyze funnels, user behavior, and conversion data to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Implement changes directly in CMS platforms and website back‑ends without developer assistance.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to write, test, and deploy HTML/CSS/JS modifications quickly.
• Design, run, and manage A/B tests, UX improvements, and messaging experiments from start to finish.
• Partner with the internal paid media team to ensure landing pages align with ad campaigns and tracking setups.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRO and performance marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with CMS platforms, able to make site changes independently.
• Experience using AI‑assisted workflows to modify website code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
