Digital Marketing Account Manager ($1800 - $2500)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency that helps home‑service businesses generate leads through SEO and paid advertising. As a Digital Marketing Account Manager you will act as the primary marketing strategist for a portfolio of about 30 clients, guiding them on SEO, Google Ads and Facebook Ads to achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly (or weekly) strategy calls, set agendas and direct the marketing plan for each client.
• Diagnose performance drops across SEO and paid campaigns and prescribe fixes.
• Translate client strategy into clear priorities for internal SEO leads and project managers, monitor deliverables and own outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend expanded SEO scope, additional advertising, or new lead‑generation initiatives.
• Protect scope by setting expectations and professionally pushing back on out‑of‑scope requests.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in account management, client success or digital‑marketing consulting within an SEO/paid‑media environment.
• Proven track record of leading client marketing strategy, not just managing relationships.
• Strong communication and emotional‑intelligence skills to lead client meetings and make strategic recommendations under pressure.
• Deep understanding of local SEO factors and paid‑media dynamics (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads).
