Digital Marketing Analyst – Hybrid (Medellín)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. The role combines creativity with data‑driven analysis to boost brand awareness, generate leads and improve conversion rates for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to achieve client objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy and targeting to identify the most effective combinations.
• Perform asset testing to determine top‑performing images, videos and copy variations.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results and ROI.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager / Meta Business Manager
• Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Google Analytics (GA4) – preferred
• A/B testing and asset testing methodologies
