Digital Marketing Manager (SEO & PPC)

About the role

Blackbird e-Solutions LLC is a boutique digital marketing agency dedicated to the soccer industry. We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager who will own SEO, paid advertising, content delivery and performance reporting across our retainer accounts. You will start by working closely with the founder to learn our tools, SOPs and client expectations, then take full responsibility for delivering high‑quality work on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page and technical SEO, conduct keyword research, site audits, create content briefs and optimise client websites.
• Build, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns, handling audience targeting, ad copy, budget pacing and performance tuning.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules, producing or directing content as needed.
• Track, analyse and report core SEO, PPC and site metrics, flagging under‑performance and taking corrective action proactively.
• Own day‑to‑day delivery of active retainer accounts, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards without founder involvement.
• Coordinate workflows across multiple client accounts, prioritise competing demands and keep clients informed.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO and paid media, with a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts.
• Process‑driven mindset with a focus on structured workflows, checklist precision and organised task management.
• Passion for soccer and familiarity with soccer culture and terminology to ensure marketing copy resonates with the target audience.
