Digital Marketing Specialist – WordPress, SEO & Social Media

About the role

BA3® Digital Marketing is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to work onsite in Medellín alongside the founder. The role involves managing WordPress sites, SEO, content, and social media for client projects, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Improve SEO through on‑page optimization and basic technical SEO.
• Publish and manage website content, blog posts, and landing pages.
• Manage social media content and posting schedules.
• Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles.
• Create graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Edit short videos and reels.
• Track results and recommend practical improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with WordPress and digital marketing.
• Strong English communication and writing skills (B2/C1 level).
• Ability to create professional graphics and edit short videos.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow‑through.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating closely in person.
• Availability to work onsite in Medellín for at least 20 hours per week.
