Digital Strategy Planning & Execution Senior Associate

About the role

The Digital Strategy Planning & Execution Senior Associate will design, implement, and monitor advertising and promotional strategies across traditional (ATL) and digital channels. The role focuses on optimizing campaign performance through data‑driven planning, test‑and‑learn initiatives, and rigorous KPI tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated advertising campaigns for both traditional and digital media.
• Plan, select, and purchase media efficiently while continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
• Analyse campaign data to build strategies, monitor results, and drive optimisation.
• Track key performance metrics such as CTR, VWA, VTR, CPC, CPA and ROI to ensure targets are met.
• Manage budgets to achieve cost savings, prevent overspend and deliver ROI.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, including data specialists, to align on objectives and deliver results.
• Produce clear, concise reports on campaign performance and optimisation efforts.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven media planning.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost‑efficient campaigns.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Results‑oriented with a focus on achieving measurable KPI targets.
