About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to shape and scale the operating model of Contáctica. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate strategy into action, oversee operational health, and drive performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, improve and standardise cross‑functional operating processes to ensure efficiency, scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the day‑to‑day operational engine, managing capacity, workload balance, resource allocation and delivery risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Creative, Media, Strategy, Technology and Finance to enhance clarity, speed and discipline.
• Analyse financial and operational data, monitor profitability, utilisation, forecasting and delivery performance, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Identify structural gaps, advise on scaling priorities and connect operations to growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operational leadership within high‑growth service environments such as Martech, technology, SaaS or consulting.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to rigorously analyse numbers and challenge assumptions.
• Ability to thrive in complexity, combine strategic thinking with execution discipline and influence cross‑functional teams.
