Director of E-Commerce

About the role

Silvia Tcherassi is seeking a Director of E-Commerce to lead the brand’s online business. This full‑time position is responsible for shaping and executing the e‑commerce strategy, ensuring brand consistency and driving sales growth across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the e‑commerce strategy, including site merchandising, product assortment, pricing, and promotional calendars.
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and implement data‑driven optimizations across the digital storefront and customer journey.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, inventory accuracy, and a high‑quality user experience.
• Lead and develop the e‑commerce team, set priorities, manage workflows, and achieve revenue, margin, and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Shopify platforms and online retail operations.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in web analytics, conversion optimization, and performance reporting.
• Proven sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals in a digital environment.
• Effective team‑management capabilities, including leadership, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in luxury fashion or premium consumer brands and an understanding of high‑end customer expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
