Director of Finance (Remote – Colombia)

About the role

Mikasa Hospitality Group is seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Director of Finance to lead its finance function from Colombia. This remote position will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights to support executive decision‑making across the hospitality services business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage financial reporting, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to inform business decisions.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the remote finance team.
• Maintain and optimise financial systems, including QuickBooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or in a comparable senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fully fluent in Spanish.
• Based in Colombia and comfortable working in a remote, international environment.
