Dispatcher (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Dispatcher to support our daily transportation operations on night shifts. The role involves monitoring shipments, maintaining constant communication with drivers, and keeping load information up‑to‑date to ensure smooth dispatch processes.

Key responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments via phone, email and text messaging.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Update load statuses, arrival/departure times and location data in internal systems.
• Monitor dispatch boards and prioritize loads according to operational needs.
• Verify incoming emails and flag urgent issues.
• Maintain accurate call logs and document all shipment interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for load adjustments, route changes and truck swaps.
• Notify shippers and consignees of delays or appointment changes.
• Participate in team meetings and meet assigned deadlines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching or a related operations role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Availability to work night shifts.
• Non‑bilingual candidates will not be considered.
