About the role
We are seeking an experienced Drayage Specialist to lead a two‑week on‑site training program for our operations staff in Bogotá, Colombia. The role combines deep knowledge of U.S. drayage operations with strong communication abilities to develop and deliver effective training.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver a comprehensive two‑week training curriculum on drayage operations.
- Conduct on‑site training sessions in Bogotá, ensuring participants gain practical skills.
- Collaborate with operations teams to align training content with current processes.
- Assess trainee progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Significant experience in U.S. drayage or related logistics operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to train and mentor operational staff.
- Willingness to travel to and work on‑site in Bogotá for the training period.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of drayage logistics.
