E-commerce & Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a high‑ownership E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Analyst to lead our digital roadmap and execute hands‑on technical tasks. Reporting directly to the CEO & President, you will own strategy, manage external agency partners, and drive growth across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the digital marketing roadmap, presenting growth strategies and performance updates to executive leadership.
• Launch, manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads to maximize revenue and ROAS.
• Lead external agencies and vendors, set deliverables, audit performance and ensure alignment with CEO priorities.
• Oversee e‑commerce operations on Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shop, including product listings, catalog updates, promotions and storefront optimization.
• Develop and execute CRO initiatives, A/B tests and conversion optimization across product detail pages and checkout flows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading digital marketing strategy and hands‑on execution for CPG, e‑commerce or performance agencies.
• Hands‑on experience managing Amazon or Shopify and TikTok Shop platforms, including catalog and promotion management.
• Advanced English (C1) and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
