E-commerce Listing Designer and Optimizer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented E‑commerce Listing Designer and Optimizer to join our growing team. You will craft high‑performing product listings for major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify and others, ensuring each listing ranks well, converts visitors, and clearly communicates product value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously optimize product listings across multiple e‑commerce platforms.
• Conduct keyword research using Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon search data and competitor analysis.
• Integrate keywords naturally into titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms and A+ content.
• Create compelling, conversion‑focused copy and visual assets that meet each marketplace’s specifications.
• Develop and manage image stacks, A+ Content, Brand Stores and listing variation strategies.
• Leverage AI tools for image creation, design, copywriting and product visualization.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers and external creative teams through detailed briefs.
• Monitor PPC performance, Amazon Attribution and external traffic sources to refine listings.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Proven experience creating and optimizing e‑commerce listings, especially on Amazon.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword research and conversion‑focused copywriting.
• Ability to analyze competitor listings, customer reviews and market trends.
• Professional attitude, excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
