Early Childhood Teacher (IB PYP)

About the role

The school is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join its staff for the upcoming academic year. The role focuses on delivering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB‑PYP) to young learners and fostering a bilingual learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons for early childhood students.
• Implement the IB‑PYP framework and active learning methodologies.
• Integrate appropriate educational technologies into daily instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience teaching early childhood education.
• Formal teaching qualification recognized in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme.
• Proficiency in bilingual instruction at a C1 level (or higher).
• Commitment to continuous professional development and innovative pedagogy.
