Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator to own day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of parcel shipping operations for a US‑based ecommerce business. The role is fully remote, supports both domestic and international shipments, and works closely with carriers, fulfillment partners and internal teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily performance of domestic, international and regional parcel carriers, tracking KPIs such as on‑time delivery, transit time, exception rates, claims and cost per shipment.
• Conduct rate shopping, service selection and carrier routing decisions to balance customer experience with shipping cost targets.
• Manage cross‑border shipments, ensuring compliance with customs, IOSS, UK VAT, duties and country‑specific import regulations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot shipping platforms, carrier integrations, order‑management and warehouse‑management systems, and 3PL workflows to guarantee reliability at scale.
• Produce clear reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into shipping spend, carrier performance and operational exceptions.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America with fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in ecommerce parcel shipping and logistics operations (direct‑to‑consumer brands, online retailers, marketplaces or 3PLs serving ecommerce merchants).
• Proven ability to work an 8‑hour shift aligned with US time zones (Eastern to Pacific).
