Ecommerce Specialist

About the role

Moment, a fast‑growing wellness brand, is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to own reporting and conversion work across its direct‑to‑consumer channels, Amazon, and paid media. You will work closely with the head of eCommerce and marketing in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own reporting for DTC, Amazon, and paid media, interpreting data to guide decisions.
• Run site conversion projects including landing pages, product detail pages, offers, bundles, pop‑ups, and maintain a live test calendar.
• Brief creators and designers, ensuring content and assets meet deadlines.
• Support budget decisions across channels and track weekly spend versus results.
• Collaborate with the lifecycle marketer on email and SMS execution.
• Manage the marketing calendar across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in ecommerce or growth roles at startups or small brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to building spreadsheets.
• Comfortable working in Figma to review and markup layouts.
• Excellent writing ability for creative briefs and hook copy.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to track personal work.
• Resourceful, initiative‑taking, and adaptable to a startup environment.
