E‑commerce Virtual Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented E‑commerce Virtual Assistant to support U.S. online retailers. You will work remotely, handling product listings, order processing, inventory management, and customer communication across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimize product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy and eBay.
• Process customer orders, monitor fulfillment, and manage returns, exchanges and refunds.
• Respond to buyer inquiries via email, chat or marketplace messaging systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, update product availability and generate performance reports.
• Conduct product and competitor research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout or Keepa.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment centers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor pricing, marketplace compliance and ensure high‑quality product images and descriptions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in e‑commerce, marketplace management or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English (C1 level) with a neutral accent.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours.
