About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to act as the primary liaison between our clients and GCG. You will ensure that our airline, airport and culinary services meet client expectations and contractual specifications while supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication channels with clients and ensure service delivery according to contract terms.
• Meet client‑requested meetings, define response times and act as the bridge between the external client and GCG.
• Report performance indicators and support customer‑service improvement programs.
• Assist clients with requests for new products or presentations, identifying profitable alternatives.
• Present and follow up on action plans generated from client‑reported non‑conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the production process, from material request to final sale.
• Develop procedures and formats for the operations area to enhance management and standardisation.
• Educate point‑of‑sale staff on newly established processes.
