About the role

Amadeus is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a software development hub in Bogotá focused on Airline Disruption Solutions. You will build and nurture a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and quality specialists while driving innovation that improves travel experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a technical vision aligned with department strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high‑performing team of developers, product analysts, and quality engineers.
• Own budget, performance metrics, and results for a medium‑sized team, influencing resource and policy planning.
• Collaborate with architecture, solutions, and QA groups to ensure systems are testable, stable, scalable, and performant.
• Lead incident resolution, production support, and customer inquiry handling in a timely manner.
