Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

The Enterprise Business Development Representative will generate qualified conversations with decision‑makers at large multi‑location hospitality, retail and restaurant brands across the United States and Canada. Working remotely from Colombia or elsewhere in Latin America, you will focus on outbound prospecting for companies with 50 + locations and hand over qualified opportunities to Yellowpop’s sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build a target list of North American companies with 50 + locations, including their structure, expansion plans and key stakeholders.
• Identify multiple decision‑makers per account and develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Execute daily outbound activities – cold calling, tailored email sequences and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator outreach.
• Book qualified meetings that include the right company, stakeholder, use‑case and genuine interest.
• Maintain accurate prospecting data, notes and pipeline status in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience.
• Proven success in cold‑calling North American businesses and generating meetings.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong research, organization and communication skills.

• CRM usage for tracking contacts and pipeline.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect identification and outreach.
